off us to see if there are any fishhooks. All this can be achieved without
unexpected legal bills in the mail.
$170.00 plus GST per month for six months unlimited use; or pay $475.00 plus GST in advance and use $600.00 plus GST of lawyers’ time

loans from the shareholders to the company. If so, a simple debenture document
will protect those loans in the unlikely event of your business failing. Share
capital is rarely returned when a business is wound up but debenture loans
often are.
