If you have not given written details of the transaction, we will provide a record the details known to us at the time we are instructed to proceed with the transaction.

If the transaction proves to be substantially more complex or time consuming than first expected, we will write to you immediately it becomes apparent that the final bill is likely to exceed the original estimate.

If the matter does not proceed to completion, work done and payments made on your behalf up to that point will remain chargeable.
